In a collaboration between Airbnb & Hearst we worked to redesign the magazine, cover to cover, featuring truly authentic experiences through local eyes.

Request: Create a new campaign to promote jobs in Disney Parks, Experiences & Products at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and the hotel properties.

Considerations: audience, location, brand, need for an urgent headline / call to action
